Refunds and returns policy

Returns

We accept returns. If your item arrives damaged or quantities missing, please contact us for a refund instead of returning the item.
Due to shipping costs sometimes a return for missing or damage goods will be too costly to ship back. Please contact info@santodomingocoffee.ca and we will gladly help with options.
You can return unopened items in the original packaging within 30 days of your purchase with receipt or proof of purchase. If 30 days or more have passed since your purchase, we cannot offer you a refund or an exchange.

Upon receipt of the returned item, we will fully examine it and notify you via email, within a reasonable period of time, whether you are entitled to a return.

Refunds

If you are entitled to a return, we will refund your purchase price and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment. Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items are non-refundable.

Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item.
We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment). You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer’s policies.

Shipping

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item.
Shipping costs are nonrefundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. Please note that if your item has arrived damaged or quantities missing you can contact us to settle a refund instead of shipping the item back to us.
